Of all the games we own, this is by far the best for my almost 2 year old and 3 1/2 year old children! After the initial matching of animals to haystacks, set-up is minimal each time you play.
Play can range from just placing the farmer on and singing Old McDonald had a Farm or placing an animal on the stand and hearing their sounds(for really young children) to a challenging game of memory for older kids. AND, unlike some of our other toys and games where the song can drive you crazy, this one is EASY to turn off. Just take the pieces off the electronic part, and the noise stops!!
If we need a present we know a child would enjoy, this is always the game we buy! All of our friends have been equally impressed!
Everybody knows the children’s song “Old MacDonald Had a Farm”, right? Well, Milton Bradley/Hasbro has incorporated that song into a simple, yet fun, board game for the preschool set.

Old MacDonald’s Farm – Marianne Tooley – I am a Nanny for a family with two preschool children. I also have other children who come to play occasionally. This is one of their favorite games. It holds their attention and it makesthem concentrate on the sound matching of the animals. I would like to buy this game for my two grandchildren, but I can’t find it anywhere. Why wouldn’t a five star game be more available?
Hard to find but worth the effort! – Soaps Mom – New JerseyI absolutely love this game! [...] My daughter loves farm animals and this game teaches kids how to match the grown animals with their baby animals just by hearing the sounds they make. The baby animals are hidden underneath plastic haystacks which play the hidden animals sound when placed on the stand next to the adult animals (which also emit an adult sound). When a match is made, it plays Old MacDonald much to my daughter’s delight! I noticed my daughter also remembered which haystack had which baby animal underneath it based on where she put it back on the board. A really cute game and worth trying to find!
Very cute and fun to play! – J. Gebhardt – NYC, NyWe got his game for our 3 1/2 year old daughter for Christmas and she has really enjoyed it. We haven’t really “followed the rules” with this one – we kind of just set it up and she goes through all the haystacks testing them out to find the animal babies. She’s always thrilled when she guesses right, and is just as excited to belt out, “No!” when the animals don’t match. Very cute little memory game.
The greatest battle of all time just got even better. Now with all new Marvel characters, this amazing game can be used with the HeroScape Master and Expansion Sets, sold separately. Collect them all!

I’ve never played Heroscape before, but this Marvel addition looked like something fun that was a collectible must-have. And I do NOT regret buying it! All of the qualities are a great build-up to the game overall: -The 10 figures are small enough to fit on a space on the battle board, yet so detailed. The detail is so specific and all of the features match those of the real (although fictional, I’m pretty sure we have an idea of what heroes and villains look like) characters. I couldn’t imagine them being any more realistic and all of the characters have an equal amount of detail put into them. I was surprised, because I knew they were so small but I didn’t know it was possible for them to have so many additional lines and bumps carved into them. I almost want to put them on display, but I keep them in the box anyway, so they can stay in good condition/won’t get lost until I want to play again. It’s like buying everything in the set and getting ten extremely cool action figures free with the purchase.-The terrain pieces are built so that they can connect to any other terrain pieces, grass, cement, or rock. The pieces are very sturdy and I haven’t had any problems with them snapping or breaking or getting scratched/scuffed somehow. They even work good if you connect and build your battlefield on a soft surface. -This set works as a great extension to any Heroscape set! -It’s really fun to play, it keeps you entertained for a long time, and sometimes, you can’t use basic attacks so you have to get reduced to strategy. The battle lasts a while, though, so start the game when you have time. -The breakable wall is also a cool new addition. Just hide behind the wall to surprise your opponent by breaking it or go on top of the wall to stay away from people who can’t get onto the wall by jumping/gliding/flying. Overall, this game’s awesome! I would recommend it to anyone who likes board games or wants to have fun-you don’t have to be a Marvel fan! Or just use it as an extension to your other Heroscape sets. Either that, or just buy it for fun-it’s a good deal!

I bought this toy for my son’s 1 year birthday. Oh lord, I had no clue he would love it so much. He just loves the fact that he can take off and walk all around the house with it which is something that he cannot do otherwise. He doesn’t play with the toys on the front of it at all but that’s no big deal. I wouldn’t recommend this toy for a child who doesn’t know how to keep himself balanced since putting their body weight on the handle will most likely send it shooting forward unexpectedly. My son has never fallen with it but I also waited until he was pretty well balanced. He only uses this toy as a little boost for his confidence. I truly feel like it was the best gift for him at this stage, he instantly became more independent! Simple and yet effective! We only tried the ride on mode 1 time and I felt like he didn’t really know what to do so I switched it back to the walker mode. I paid for it (at Kohl’s) and it was worth every single penny.

happy mom of thrilled son – Sarah – Brooklyn, NYMy fifteen month old son absolutely loves his new toy car. It’s the first thing he wants each morning. Also, since we purchased it, my son’s walking has improved dramatically. I would highly recommned the Hasbro Walk’n'ride! Great item, great value!
Really fun! – Rigel and Sadira – We bought this for the scooter benefit, we have hardwood floors and were imagining her zooming around the house. However, she really likes the walker part! She isn’t walking independently yet but uses the walker to come see us when we are cooking, or to go visit the Christmas tree or to play with the dogs. It is a fun and inexpensive toy that has really added fun to her life!

I have a 3 year old and we have tried some of the bigger Transformers (quick conversion Bumblebee, etc) and he LOVES these little Transformers Legends action figures. They are easy to figure out and put together so well that they run down race tracks very cleanly and fast. The cheapest Transformers that you can buy, we have bought him Bumblebee, Sideswipe, Optimus Prime, and Megatron. I wouldn’t buy any other Transformers toys!
